Director of Property Management
As the head of the property management division, Gianna spends her time on things like marketing, legal matters, research and development, property owner correspondence, market penetration and business growth.
Karen coordinates maintenance work orders, acting as the primary point of contact for tenants and vendors during projects - both for necessary repairs and for improvement projects. She also looks after our commercial properties to ensure that daily operations are running seamlessly.
Ben handles the influx of inquiries from prospective tenants to help guide them through the process of scheduling showings, application submissions and move-ins. He also helps draft lease extensions, coordinates inspections and appraisals, and many other administrative tasks.
Beverly handles rent collection and bill pay, along with business license and insurance renewals. She helps with report generation, setting up tenant and property owners online portals and answers any billing related questions. Beverly also aids in preparing end of year tax documents for homeowners in addition to many other accounting duties.
