Allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Sima Dehestani.  I was born as a citizen of Iran but now I'm an American citizen by choice. 

I was engaged working with the public as part owner and full time manager of a restaurant in Berkeley for fifteen years.  Seeing the opportunity of having a college degree I went to school getting a BS Degree from California State University, East Bay, Hayward.  I had been employed by a Bio Technology company for eight plus years.  But after these experiences of employment I knew that enjoyment of work came when I was working directly with people.  Having a career in a business provides a great opportunity for service and the connection with people I enjoy.  In this capacity, I can speak fluent English and Farsi.  

It is my pleasure to help you buy or sell your house.  When I became a real estate agent I knew my ability to schedule and keep track of details would help me aid customers. Helping people to bring their dream into reality of owning their first home is the highlight of my day.
