My former position as a civil servant with the Alameda County Superior Court gave me years of experience in assisting people in stressful situations. And although buying or selling a home is hopefully a happier venture, it still can come with stress. To ensure a successful experience, I utilize my talent for guiding people through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as my skill and experience in understanding and explaining contracts, negotiating, working with attorneys, and remaining calm under pressure. My decision to enter the field of real estate evolved from my lifelong love of houses, decorating, and remodeling plus my desire to be a part of a business that helps people achieve their goals. It was time for a switch from being a civil servant in a courtroom, to helping make dreams come true.
