Colin Davies is a full time licensed Realtor born and raised in the Bay Area. Having lived in the East Bay for over 30 years, he has an uncanny familiarity with the neighborhoods and a respect for the rich cultures that live here. Coming from a foundation in the food service industry he developed pride in serving customers. Bartending at the famous Claremont Hotel in Berkeley, he was able to provide thousands of individual and unique experiences to delight people all over the world.

Transferring this love for creating memorable experiences into serving clients in Real Estate, Colin has successfully closed over 40 Residential Real Estate transactions ranging from $200,000 to over $2 Million. He is fully experienced in representing and serving buyers, sellers, and investors and meets each with respect, trust, and patience. The most important part of his business is believing in you and your vision and he will champion them as he would his own. Colin owns investment properties in Richmond and San Pablo and is an avid proponent of the city of Richmond and its development. He currently lives in the beautiful North and East neighborhood of Richmond with his Fiance Janet and their two black labs.
