Jack Burns Jr. earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication while attending Arizona State University and graduating from Chico State University.  Jack started his Real Estate career with Security Pacific Real Estate Brokerage in 1988.  In 1991 he became the Manager of the office located on San Pablo Avenue in Richmond.  In 1995, Security Pacific consolidated their offices into the company's newly constructed 16,000 sq. ft. office located at 3223 Blume Drive in Richmond.  Jack was named one of the Managers at that office.  In 2005, Jack became the President and Co-owner of Security Pacific Real Estate Brokerage.

Throughout his Real Estate career, Jack has been a member of the West Contra Costa Board of Realtors and has been a member of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Multiple Listing Service and served on various Real Estate committees.  Jack is a Certified Residential Specialist.  This is the highest designation that a Realtor can earn.  He is currently a member of the California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Solano Association of Realtors.  He prides himself in providing the best service possible to his Realtors and our clients. He strives to maintain the highest level of knowledge and professionalism.  Jack is married and has two children.  Outside of attending college Jack has been a local resident of Contra Costa County and Solano County.
