She pays attention to every detail and recommendations set on service reports, she responds to emails promptly and efficiently. This review is specifically for Gianna Burns. Never before, in an industry like this, have I encountered someone like Gianna. She has a true understanding of what it takes to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Gianna and I have not actually worked together officially. Reason being is that we both agreed that it wouldn't be optimal for me as the owner to have her manage a property that is so far in distance. So since then, Gianna has served as a trusted advisor to me with any and all property management questions/concerns that I have. Gianna is phenomenal. She's attentive, responsive, honest, and keeps my best interest in mind at all times. I could not feel more pleased or assured. I'm truly grateful for Gianna and would recommend her in a heartbeat.
