I am a Realtor/Broker Associate in West Contra Costa County.  My office is in Richmond and I live in Pinole.  I have lived in this area most of my life.  I attended school here and raised my family in Pinole. I developed an interest in real estate while taking classes at Contra Costa Community College.  I earned my real estate license in 1972 and have been a full time real estate professional ever since.  I have watched our area change and grow enormously over the years and have spent countless hours being active in these local transitions.  I am very active in the West Contra Costa Association of Realtors and served as President in 1988.  I have also served many terms on the Board of Directors and various committees at local, state and national levels.  I was appointed an “Honorary Director” for California Association of Realtors in 1995 as recognition for my years of service at the state level. I enjoy my time working at these levels to help insure that we can maintain private property rights and continue to have financing available so that buyers can purchase their dream homes. While I have devoted a lot of time and energy to these efforts, I have consistently been able to provide quality service to my clients.  My wide range of experience and commitment has helped me build a strong repeat and referral business.  Many of my clients are now “next generation” referrals from parents and grandparents that I have represented.  I have served as a real estate “expert” for cases in the Family Law Department of Contra Costa County Superior Court since 1992.
